Graduation day
Well, if you read the title of my post, maybe you think that I'm the one who graduated. Unfortunately, I just being asked by the university to be representative from master student being 'among tamu' to welcome every graduate students and give the graduation placards to the dean to be given to the graduate students when the ceremony held. Fyi, I wore traditional uniform from Southeast Nusa Tenggara.

Strategic Management
I had strategic management oral examination for final test last Monday. I felt literally nervous because me and my team should answer cooperatively all the questions asked by the lecturers about the concepts and implementation of strategic management in banking area that we have made, especially in Bank Mandiri, our paper case, as the biggest bank in Indonesia.
We learn how to analyze visions and missions, external and internal factors of the company, strength, weakness, opportunity and threat, to select the strategies, QSPM, strategic map and balanced scorecard..and I apply what I've been learning in my real life though. Frankly, It is not an easy subject, but we've been struggling very hard to finish the paper assignment. And seriously, it does help me in making decision n strategies in my real life. Try it if you don't believe me :D

Marketing day
One of marketing subject assignment in my master program is to make marketing day at university and the theme of this year is culinary.
We made 7p's for the set-up plan (product, price, physical evidence, place, people, promotion and process), STP (segmenting, targeting and positioning) and many set-up plans so we can achieve the target market and get profit. We executed the plans, we sold 'nasi bakar Bali' and 'nasi campur'(mixed rice from Bali), fruits ice, siomay, snacks and got profit frm it..hahaha. So excited!

Master of Ceremony
Hi there! I've been so busy lately because I have been doing strategic management assignment which makes my body and soul tortured. Sigh.
In my busy days, my university gives me an opportunity to be a master of ceremony (MC) in the international event in the 3rd PPM regional business case competition welcoming ceremony at Putri Duyung cottage, Taman Impian Jaya Ancol. At first, I wanted to be chaperone for international finalists but they need MC who can speak english immediately.
Well, It was my first time being a master of ceremony in the international and big event. I made my own script and practiced just once with my lecturer! I was nervous like crazy.haha, but thank god I can conquered my anxiousness.
Next week, my university wants me to be 'among tamu' in university graduation day at Departemen Keuangan,Jakarta. It is like welcoming graduated students to the graduation room with wearing costume from East Nusa Tenggara, one of Indonesian province. Well, it is such a tired but fun moment in the same time..
