Good bye, Suci

I told you on my previous blog that me and my batch in university taught childern in the slum area of Jakarta. I taught a smart little girl named Suci in Duren Tiga but what I heard in the next meeting was she has passed away because of drifted in Mampang River.

The first time popped up when I leave my home to Duren Tiga was I want to teach Suci so bad because she is so smart and friendly, but the fact really hurts, not just for me but also for the entire family and friends; She left us too early. I hope her family can be strong to face the truth and I know everything happens for a better reason.

Good bye, Suci, be good there... :'(

Merry Christmas :)

Hi there!
Been long time not blogging. I had been preparing Youth Christmas Celebration as pianist at my church and we invited Ibeth idol and Matthew Sayersz as guest star to enliven the celebration. The preacher sent message to us to live holy and do sincere for everything we face and it is also what my bf told me. I have to learn to live sincerely for EVERYTHING. Yea, everything, though it's not easy but I believe I can do that.

Anyway, I hope it's not too late but I want to say Merry Christmas to you all and have a wonderful new year with lots of joy and blessings ahead.
Greetings from my family. Cheers :)

Blessed

I feel so blessed, no matter what happen in mylife, I can always see the bright side of everything.
I already told you on my previous blog that my batch in university held an event called Community Awareness to teach social-economical backward children in the slums of Jakarta. This event held every once a week in 5 weeks in a row. Anyway, I taught two little beautiful girls, aged 7 and 4, named Suci and Pipi. We learned about Bahasa, Math and drew and colored mountain and so on. After that, we took them home.
They were very good and smart children but the situation forces them to live that life like that. When I see all my problems, they are nothing compared to them and I realize how blessed I am.

Always appreciate what you have. There is always someone out there who wishes that had what you have.
