do exercise!


After dieting and exercising for few months, finally I can lost 8 kilograms and I want to lose 3 kilograms more to achieve my goal weight. It is not easy to get that number of kilograms. I force my self to exercise, pay atterntion to my meal portion and the difficult one is control my self from any temptations. Well, sometimes I do cheating with my meal rules. lol. But the next day, I will go to the gym and do cardio for almost one hour and other physical exercises =.=
My goal is not only to lose weight, but I just want to get fit and I want to be toned.

I love to be healthy.
I love exercising.
I love taking care of my body.

I do not smoke,
I do not drink,
And hey, I'm still exist!
